Answers on spot drying, energy savings versus compressed air, noise, warranty, configuration, and support for your line.
JetDry designs and manufactures high-efficiency industrial spot-drying systems in Germany. Each system puts high-velocity airflow exactly where it is needed — as a stand-alone spot dryer or as a retrofit on an existing line — without redesigning the whole production system. The lineup covers inline and spider nozzles, laminar-flow air knives, ionizing nozzles, wire dryers, and localized spot coolers.
JetDry replaces compressed-air blow-off with high-efficiency, high-speed blowers that deliver airflow directly to the drying point. Depending on the application and operating conditions, that can mean up to 94% lower energy use, at about 0.1 kW per nozzle. Qualifying lines can reach payback in as little as 4 months. Actual results depend on compressed-air consumption, operating hours, energy cost, and the application. The ROI calculator on the Sustainability page gives a directional estimate.
JetDry blowers run at approximately 72 dBA while still delivering the targeted airflow needed for drying and blow-off — without the high noise levels commonly associated with compressed-air nozzles.
Systems are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship: one year as standard, or three years when the extended warranty is selected in the configurator. Full terms are on the Warranty page.
JetDry is used in food and beverage, pharmaceutical, automotive, electronics, and packaging. Typical stations include glass bottles, cans, PET, TetraPak, parts, and sensors — crown and cap drying, label zones, coding areas, and inspection. Wire and extrusion lines, panel cooling, and ionized blow-off are covered by dedicated platforms.
Yes. Systems are built for retrofit. Application engineers survey the line, match drying targets to product, speed, and conveyor geometry, and supply mounting, Siemens or Rockwell-ready controls, and start-up support. There are no tubes and no hoses. Jet6 and Jet8 systems are engineered with zero single points of failure. More than 500 line positions have been supported worldwide.
Open the live configurator and choose the platform (Jet2, Jet6, or Jet8), application, mounting, power, controls, enclosure, and accessories. The part number updates as you select options. You can preview the combination in 3D or paste a known part number. Sign in to add the configuration to your cart or request a quote. Systems are engineered and manufactured in Germany, in stainless steel, washdown-ready, and built for 24/7 continuous duty. Sales and support cover Europe and Africa, and the Americas and Asia, for layout, commissioning, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting — on site or remotely — with a typical response time under 6 hours.
Datasheets for spot nozzles, spider arms, air knives, wire drying, ionizing nozzles, and spot cooling are linked from the product pages and from the datasheet list in the site footer.
Replacing compressed air with blower airflow can cut energy use by up to 94% and reduce related plant emissions. Systems avoid continuous-wear consumables such as filters, bearings, hoses, and lubrication. Packaging is 100% paper-based and compliant with German VerpackG. The Sustainability page includes an ROI and CO2 calculator.
