1. WEEE – Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment

Jetdry Technologies UG (haftungsbeschränkt) places electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) on the market and is registered under the EU WEEE Directive 2012/19/EU and the German ElektroG as a B2B (business-to-business / non-household) producer.

Our products (high-speed air blowers and related electrical equipment) are primarily intended for professional, commercial, or business use. Products are marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol and must not be disposed of with unsorted household or municipal waste.

Business users, private entrepreneurs, sole traders, and self-employed persons:

Do not dispose of the product via household waste channels or municipal household collection points. To arrange take-back and environmentally sound recycling, contact us at sales@jetdry.tech with the following information:

Product model / designation
Serial number (if available)
Quantity of units
Approximate purchase date or age of the equipment
Your company name and contact details
Preferred return method (e.g. collection request or delivery to a designated point)

We will then provide instructions for the return process under our B2B take-back arrangements.

In the event a private household takes possession of our products:

Dispose of them at a designated municipal household WEEE collection point (usually free of charge). Contact your local authority for locations.

Please contact us before shipping any equipment. Delete any personal or business data before return.

2. RoHS – Restriction of Hazardous Substances

Our products are designed and manufactured to comply with Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS) as amended (including Directive (EU) 2015/863 regarding the four phthalates). Restricted substances are controlled below the permitted maximum concentration values in homogeneous materials.

A formal EU Declaration of Conformity covering RoHS is available upon request. Technical documentation is maintained in accordance with the directive.

3. REACH – Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC)

Based on information received from our component and material suppliers and our internal assessment, Jetdry Technologies products do not contain any substances on the current ECHA Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) in concentrations above 0.1% weight by weight at the article level (as of the Candidate List updated 4 February 2026).

This declaration is issued in accordance with Article 33 of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (REACH). Should any SVHC above the threshold be identified, we will inform customers promptly with the substance name and safe-use information. Updated declarations are available on request.

Object of the Declaration

High-speed air blowers and related electrical and electronic equipment and components manufactured and placed on the market by Jetdry Technologies UG (haftungsbeschränkt) under the brand Jetdry.

Conformity

The products described above are in conformity with Directive 2011/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2011 on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (RoHS), as amended by Commission Delegated Directive (EU) 2015/863 of 31 March 2015.

Restricted substances (lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBB), polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE), and the phthalates DEHP, BBP, DBP and DIBP) are controlled so that they do not exceed the maximum concentration values specified in Annex II of the Directive in homogeneous materials.

Compliance is demonstrated through supplier declarations, material assessments, and internal production control in accordance with the requirements of the Directive and relevant harmonised standards (including EN IEC 63000 where applicable).

REACH SVHC Declaration

Declaration

Jetdry Technologies UG (haftungsbeschränkt) hereby declares that, based on information received from our component and material suppliers and our internal assessment of the products we manufacture and place on the market, our products do not contain any substances listed on the current ECHA Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) in concentrations above 0.1% weight by weight at the article level.

This declaration applies to high-speed air blowers and related electrical and electronic equipment and components supplied under the Jetdry brand.

The 0.1% threshold is applied at the level of each individual article / component in accordance with the judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union in Case C-106/14.

Obligations

Under Article 33(1) of REACH, suppliers of articles containing an SVHC above 0.1% w/w must provide recipients with sufficient information to allow safe use, including at minimum the name of the substance. Under Article 33(2), the same information must be provided to consumers upon request within 45 days.

Should any future update to the Candidate List or new supplier information identify an SVHC above the 0.1% threshold in our products, we will update this declaration and inform affected customers promptly.
